This 55-square-meter apartment has been revamped in May 2006 with the help of our good friend - Parisian artist, Bruno Pascal. The apartment sleeps 5 people. It can be rented together with the Luxury unit and the Feng-Shui unit in the same building at special combo-rates.
The eye-catcher is an original work of art called "Laudanum" by Lisa Holden in the Pre-Raphaelite style. The term itself originated in relation to the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood, an influential group of mid 19th-century avante garde painters associated with Ruskin who had great effect upon British, American, and European art.
The artwork depicts a woman under influence of Laudanum - an opium-related drug used in the mid and late 19th century and popular then amongst Montmartre artists and prostitutes. The artwork suggests a strong feeling of peace and romance that we found typical for the over-all atmosphere in this apartment.

Voici un appartement idéalement situé à deux pas du Sacré-Coeur ! Appartement lumineux et très calme avec de grands volumes. Merci à Peter pour tous les conseils et à Mme Esteves pour sa disponibilité. En plein quartier de Montmartre il est également aisé de flâner et découvrir le Cœur de Paris loin du tumulte touristique. Un endroit de charme que je vous recommande !
Super tolle Wohnung ,sauber Designt originell,alles vorhanden,Küche Tip Top Eingerrichtet alles da.Bequeme Betten. Kann ich nur Weiterempfelen.Zu Fuss 100m Metro und Tiefgarage gut erreichbar.Tiefgarage 32 Euro pro Tag sehr teuer,doch es ist empflenswert,da die Sicherheit des Autos Garantiert ist,durch Securitas und Video Überwachung.Internet ging tadellos und Madam Estevez sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zu Fuss oder per Auto unglaublich schnell mitten in der Stadt,Sacre Coeur zu Fuss in ca.10 min erreichbar. Für Kinder grosser Spielplatz gleich bei der Tiefgarage und auch Restaurants um die Ecke vorhanden. Danke vielmals Peter es waren wunderbare Tage in Paris. :-)
This apartment is a winner in every way!! Peter was easy to deal with and everything he said we'd have, we had! Mme Esteves was also very nice and friendly! The apartment itself is perfect; spacious, comfortable, clean and very secure and the area is perfect with some amazing streets nearby for everything you need including lots of nice, varying budgeted restaurants!! It is very accessible to the inner city as well with the anvers metro 100 meters away, but actually, you can walk everywhere very easily if you are fit. We didn't use the metro service once during our stay, as you get a better feel for a ciy by exploring the streets!! The walk back to the apartment shows some amazing views of the Sacre Coer also. Would definitely recommend this to anyone! Thanks Peter, jusqu'à la prochaine fois!
