This Studio-Loft is just adjacent to our Romantic unit in Rue de Rochechouart . It has a 100% Southern orientation and all planning has been done following the advice of E.H. LO, renown Master of Feng Shui in the Low Countries and France with several publications.
Located in a lively neighborhood out of the Tourist area but as close as five minutes walking from Montmartre, Sacre Coeur. The apartment looks out on a little garden and is free from any street-noise. Closest Metro station Anvers is two blocks up. Refurbishment in early 2005 under supervision of Internationally acclaimed architect Peter Tyberhien (Publications at Harper Collins, Madame Figaro etc...). Artwork by Parisian Artist - Décorateur Bruno Pascal.

I stayed here with my wife in June 2010. We had a great time and the location of the flat is excellent, within easy walking distance from the Gare du Nord and very near metro stations such as Anvers. The flat itself is very nicely done up as the pictures suggest and it has a great atmosphere to it. It was also fairly cool given the 30 degrees temperature outside. There is also an excellent patisserie which had amazing croissants (turn left out of the entrance and you'll see it). The only other thing I would say is that this apartment would probably be best to stay in if you're one person, or with people you know very well, given the fact that the lavatory is contained within the single room. Also unfortunately we were advised that the jacuzzi part of the bath was not working when we were there which was disappointing as it's one of the key reasons we stayed there! That said we had a great weekend and loved our time in Paris!

We were scheduled to stay at this property after seeing that it had parking/garage available as we were driving to Paris in order to go shopping at the nearby Marché aux Puces St-Ouen de Clignancourt. The property has neither parking/garage nor a garden. We were told by the owner that it's possible to park on the street, however this while technically possible would require astonishing luck. We scoured the streets for nearly two hours and did not find even a single available space! Instead we had to park in the nearby pay car park which cost 28 euros per day. The property itself is much smaller than it looks in the images, although it is well equipped. The lack of a separate lavatory however was completely unacceptable to us at this price point. (The kitchen, bed, bath and lavatory are all contained within a single room.) Fortunately we were able to be relocated to another of the same owner's properties which was very nice.

Hi Jakadave, The listing has been corrected - there is parking - garage in the neighborhood, but that's not included in the price. Best parking is VINCI at Anvers which is 500 meter walking. Peter

Hi Max, The bath needs to be checked once every year - it took longer than expected - when you come back you will get a 25 % discount. Peter
