2€ par m², pour le ménage c'est prohibitif. Sachant par ailleurs que vous n'êtes pas en mesure de fournir une facture. Excellente localisation en plein coeur de St Germain. Ce studio est aménagé avec goût, mais il est de petite taille et le cout du ménage pourrait être prohibitif. Pour le reste, accueil et fonctionnalité excellents.

Cute little flat in excellent location in St. Germain. Very functional and well kitted out. A few downsides - VERY small - would have expected a bit more room for the price. Quite noisy - there are a number of bars/restaurants below and the noise really carried up to the flat. And finally just with it being on the 4th floor - and no elevator, just a very narrow spiral staircase, made it a bit tricky to carry luggage etc. Overall a good stay and in a great spot but not sure it was worth the amount we paid for it.

Dear Esther, I'm very surprised about your review, giving only 3 stars over 5... First, you did CHOOSE the apartment KNOWING ALL ABOUT - its size : we clearly precise it on the site - being on the 4th floor without elevator :WE CLEARLY PRECISE IT - very narrow straircase : that's old building in Paris.... and it's precised on the site and by the way it's classified staircase... - there are 2 double windows "level 4" which is the equivalent of what uses Roissy Airport - so if you leave them open.... By the way, you forgot to say that - you left the heat on, - your boyfriend took the key of the apartment with him causing trouble Finally, next time READ WELL the announcement before booking in order to avoid wrong reviews...........
El apartamento es genial para 2 personas. Pequeñito, muy tranquilo -a pesar de estar en una calle con bares y restaurantes-, muy bien acondicionado y con todo lo que se puede necesitar para pasar unos días en París. El trato recibido por Eric, la persona que nos recibió, excelente. Dejamos unas horas las maletas nuestro último día (a pesar de decir que marcharíamos antes), y no nos pusieron ningún problema. Fuímos a recogerlas cuando estaba la señora de la limpieza. Totalmente recomendable, y para repetir.

Concernant les frais de ménage que vous qualifiez de "prohibitif", ce jugement est sans fondement Le ménage est un point crucial dans notre activité : le studio est nickel dans tous ses recoins ainsi que le linge et cela a un prix.
Vous aurez votre reçu Damien comme convenu. Nous ne sommes pas une société de prestations ménagères pour vous fournir une facture de services ménagers .... Renseignez-vous sur les prix à l'heure sur Paris .... ça pourrait être très instructif
