Extremely well located, in the heart of Baixa, between Baixa and Chiado. Very close to the metro station Baixa/chiado. It is located in rua augusta the MAIN street for tourism without traffic.
You will find a simple decorated 2 bedroom apartment in this fancy aera. Floor 2 out of 4 (2nd level if you count the ground floor!). Windows double glazing.
The apartment compromisses:
2 bedroom, and 1 extra sleeping area for another 2 peolpe, kitchen, 1 complete bathroom, 1 living room and 1 dinning room.
Living area: In the lounge there is 1 sofa, 2 individual sofabeds, lamps, coffe table, TV. The dining area has a table with seating for 6.
The bathroom have a full bath with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC.
Kitchen: complete set of kitchenware and also fully equipped with: Electric cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, juicer.

Laundry beside the building (7/7 – 9.00AM/7PM) and very good bakery. Fancy neighbourhood. A lot of nice and trendy places to hang out (restaurants, bars, pub, movie theater, concert hall, theatre) and to shop around, mixed with typical market (bakery, cheese dairy, wine merchant…) Tourist attraction (Cathedral, alfama), culture area (museum of Chiado,…).
