Recovered by Arquithect Pedro Quintino rogado. Its a very elegant apartment, with a great view (4 windows with river view), lightful and very well located (Alfama/Panteão Nacional/Feira da Ladra/Sta Apolónia Station) at a very affordable price..
Waking up or having a meal looking at the Tagus river! You have a beautiful river view from bed,from the living room and the kitchen... At night the moon reflects in the river and it's a very beautiful and relaxing view.
It's a modern apartment with traditional and noble materials in the kitchen balcony (Liós) and traditional hidraulic mosaic in the kitchen and bathroom.
This apartment is located near the most typical neighborhood of Lisbon :Alfama.
It is ideal for a couple who wants to feel the magic atmosphere of old Lisbon.

we had a wonderful time in teresa's flat in Lisboa. the flat is perfect with an amazing view on the Tejo. very clean and with all the things you need: dishwasher, washing machine etc. the flat is very close to the station so it is easy to get the tube to travel around lisboa or to reach the airport. Terea also gives you many information and she makes you feel you are welcome in her city. thanks for everything. sebastien from France
Excellent séjour dans ce très joli appartement situé au coeur de l'Alfama. Très clair et avec une très belle vue dégagée sur le Tage. Magnifique. Téresa nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse. A recommander. Nous reviendrons pour un plus long séjour.

Fantastic location very near Santa Appalonia station and Alfama attractions, plus a great view over the Tagus from the 4th floor (be prepared to climb the stairs!). Great well-stocked spacious kitchen and attractive decor throughout the flat, plus a bath to soak after a day's wanderings. Re sleeping arrangements: comfy bed in bedroom but needs better pillows. Futon in the living room was a bit unforgiving. Teresa, the owner, was really lovely and very helpful with any problems or finding out information for us.

cet appartement est idéal pour visiter Lisbonne:il est en plein coeur du quartier historique de l'Alfama et à 5 minutes du métro et des bus qui desservent la plupart des quartiers de la ville ainsi que la gare et le terminal fluvial de cais do sodré. La vue sur le Tage est splendide, en particulier au lever et coucher du soleil et le salon est baigné de lumière! les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont donnés de bonnes infos sur les lieux à visiter et sur l'animation nocturne. il y a beaucoup de petites épiceries à proximité immédiate pour s'approvisionner quand on préfère passer une soirée tranquille. avis au frileux:en janvier, se munir d'un gros pull car les soirées sont fraiches(il n'y a pas de chauffage central dans l'appartement mais un chauffage d'appoint).
