Situé au 2e étage (sans ascenseur), ce beau studio de 25m² peut accueillir 2 à 4 personnes pour un séjour d'affaires ou des vacances à Paris.
Idéalement situé, quartier Palais-Royal, entre Louvre et Opéra, au cœur du Paris culturel (musées, théâtres, cinémas), de la mode (boutiques, grands magasins) et des affaires, à quelques minutes à pied des Jardins du Palais-Royal et des Tuileries.
Immeuble du XVIIIe siècle - Poutres apparentes.
Rue calme, à 200 m des métros Palais-Royal - Musée du Louvre et Pyramides.
Nombreux commerces et restaurants.
Totalement équipé pour passer un confortable séjour.

Situated on the 2nd floor, no lift, this cosy 25m2 studio-apartment can accomodate from two to four people, on a business or holiday trip to Paris.
Conveniently located, close to "Le Palais Royal", "the Louvre Museum", and "the Opera", it stands in the very heart of the Paris of Culture (museums, theatres, cinemas), of the Paris of Fashion (shops, boutiques, major department-stores), and the Paris of Business, a few minutes' walk to the gardens of Palais-Royal and Tuileries.
An XVIIIth century building, with exposed beams.
A very quiet street, 200 metres from tube-stations (Palais-Royal, Louvre Museum, and Pyramides).
Many shops and restaurants in the vicinity.
The apartment is fully equipped for the comfort of our guests.
Kitchen-area with a microwave-oven, hotplates, range-hood, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator with a deep-freeze compartment, cookware, pots and pans and dishes,
a 32" LCD TV set, with 65 quality digital channels - DVD Player,
High speed Internet (Web) access (Ethernet and Wifi), phone.
Bed-settee (140x200cm) with a real comfortable mattress, once opened.

We stayed at Studio Moliere for 4 nights (family of 4). The studio was very nice. Well equipped, well taken care of. The location was excellent, it was close to many attractions, and very close to the Louvre. We were met by the owner, he was very friendly and helpful. Correspondence with Laurent was good, he reponded quickly to emails and was helpful in advising us how to get to the apartment from the airport. The sofabed was comfortable, my children liked it. There were even free calls to Canada on the landline. This was a nice touch. We also appreciated the complimentary wine. We would stay here again! Thanks Laurent!

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables en couple dans ce studio qui est bien équipé et bien agencé. L'endroit est calme. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans le quartier et on peut tout faire à pied. Il y a de nombreux restaurants de différents types et de différents prix.
