This apartment building is in the heart of Prague city centre and just a short walk from Wenceslas Square and Old Town, and only a few metres from the tram and metro links.
This newly refurbished studio apartment offers modern style and comfort in an ideal location for sampling all that Prague has to offer. It is perfect for 1 or 2 persons
This great 4th floor studio apartment (with lift) consists of an open plan living, sleeping and dining area, plus a separate bathroom.
The open plan living and sleeping area has a sofa, a TV with satellite channels, coffee table and reading lamps. There is also a dining table and chairs. Free air conditioning can be provided on request, and high speed internet and parking are available for a small additional charge.
The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
There is a large double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled with a bath (with shower attachment), a toilet, a hand basin and a heated towel rail. This is also where the washing machine is located.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
The apartment was just as pictured and described. Lovely comfortable large bed, well equipped with everything one hopes for in a self catering apartment. Location was excellent with very nice restaurants nearby. All tourist attractions within easy walking distance. Free taxi was waiting for us at the airport as promised and we were warmly welcomed to the apartment by Chris. He demonstrated everything in the apartment, as well as giving us a run down on Prague in general. We would certainly stay here again.
We were met by a taxi driver who took us o the flat. On arriival we were met by the greeter, Chris who explained everything we needed to know. The studio flat was spacious and fully equipped. The location is close to everything and all the major sights are within walking distance. One suggestion: the mattress on the low bed was too soft. It would be difficult for those with a fragile back. In order not to put anyone's back out, change it to a higher and firmer one is necessary. Other than this, we would recommend it to friends.
Un appartement très bien situé, très propre et fonctionnel. Un accueil très apprécié, on a pris le temps de nous expliquer le quartier, ses ressources avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Un taxi nous attendait à l'aéroport, très facilitant. Nous recomandons. Marie et Serge
Très bel accueil du propriétaire qui nous a donné de judicieux conseils. Loft très propre, très confortable et bien situé, nous avons presque tout visité en partant à pied de l'appartement. Adresse à partager aux connaissances qui voudront visiter Prague.
L'appartement est très bien situé et conforme à la description faite sur le site. Il est très bien équipé et l'accueil a été très bien (nous avons eu beaucoup de conseils pratiques). Le parking est très bien d'autant qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre sa voiture pour visiter la ville. Seul bémol : le lit n'est pas très confortable car il est composé de 2 lits simples rapprochés donc pas génial pour les couples.
Drove to Prague so our arrival time was a bit uncertain ... nevertheles, when we arrived, Jaroslav was ready to welcome us. We were able to park the car safely inside our building. Afterwards, we were welcomed by Brian the owner. The flat was great just as shown on picture. The location was also ideal to walk everywhere around the town. We enjoyed our stay a lot as Prageue is such a beautiful city... thanks to Brian and Jaroslav for making our stay easy and safe.
