A 3 bedroom (double beds) cosy duplex apartment in the city center of Brussels, fully furnished, equipped with the necessary electrical appliances, close to the central station and the 'Grand'Place'; central heating provided, a bathroom and a shower room. Upstairs there's a large living room where two or even four more people can sleep in one part of the sitting room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a little terrace. It is just a walking distance from all the shopping streets and lots of cultural event halls. The address is Vander Elststreet 10, 1000 Brussels, just behind the corner of 'Place de la Brouckère'. Price depends on period, number of people (rooms in use) and number of days staying. Possibility to put your car in the building; request straight to the owner for availability and price.

Accueil très chaleureux et ponctuel du propriétaire qui a plaisir à nous faire découvrir son appartement. Appartement très bien situé, au centre ville. Idéal pour visiter Bruxelles. Grand et très agréable pour des adultes mais pas du tout adapté pour des familles avec enfants en bas âges à cause des escaliers raides en bois avec une barrières peu solide ou les enfants peuvent passer à travers facilement et tomber...très stressant!
