Nice, cosy, historical house "Boulevard", built in 1920. In the resort 1 km from the centre of Vlissingen, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. Public parking on the road extra. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 50 m, railway station "Vlissingen" 2 km, nearby attractions: Arsenaal 1 km, Reptielenzoo Iguana 2 km, Neeltje Jans Deltawerken 30 km, MuZeeum 1 km. Please note: no elevator. Consumption of gas up to 6 m3 included, additional consumption: € 0,60 per m3.
