Newly built block, high standard also, great location, 5 minutes away from Chancery Lane tube station or Farringdon tube, business district, very busy area during the day and quiet at night, the block is located in a very quiet street, 100 meters away from the busy roads. Good looking flats with big windows in each of them, the kitchen is good looking and modern, all appliances including dishwasher, washer machine, 22 inch tv's with freeview, lots of restaurants nearby, 10 minutes walking time to the British Museum and 10 minutes away from Holborn area. About 15 minutes walking time to the west end. Excellent flats for business people or anyone that wants to spend their days in the heart of the city. Farringdon area is known for its nightlife during weekends, pubs and the Fabric nightclub together with lots of restaurants options, Smithfields Meat Market (the oldest meat market in europe), Barbican Centre nearby. Being in the city centre they are walking distance from most of the London's attractions.

Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed within the rented property nor disturbing the peace. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged penalty and asked to leave without a refund.

Didier Appartement très bien situé et très propre, facile d'accès pour aller dans le centre de Londres. Aucun problème pour récupérer les clefs à l'agence, cela s'est fait très vite, personnels très accommodants. Concernant l'appartement, le seul bémol est la literie qui est un peu molle.
Alex Joli appartement, tres bien situe. Tout s'est bien passe pour le check-in et le rendu de la caution. L'entreprise qui gere l'appartement semble tres professionelle. Par contre le hall d'entree du batiment ainsi que les toilettes de l'appartement ne sentent pas tres bon.
