Located on a quintessential Spanish street in the capital city of Madrid, this delightful one bedroom apartment would appear to have it all. With room enough for four guests, the apartment has a comfortable and modern interior and boasts a number of amenities, such as internet access, a TV and DVD player for entertainment, an excellently equipped kitchen for home cooking, and ironing facilities as well as a hairdryer. El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación y las condiciones son apropiadas. Sin embrago algunas de sus caracteristicas desmerecen la pieza. Por si le interesa al propietario y desea ofrecer un pack como merecen los viajeros enumero las carencias NOTABLES: 1) Colchón y funda del sofá cama están para cambiar 2) Las paredes necesitan ser pintadas 3) El piso del cuarto de estar está deteriorado y si fuese de cerámica se mantendria limpio y agradable.
Appartement trés bien situé,confortable,en face du Prado et des musées principaux. Le bruit peut parfois traverser les cloisons en fonction des voisins que l'on a .Immeuble entier prévu pour des locations avec clés a récupérer dans un boîtier prés de la porte d'entrée de chaque appt.Le code de la porte peut être envoyer sans supplément à ceux dont l'avion arrive même aprés 22h à condition d'avoir laisser le numéro de sa carte bleu. Ensuite aucun contact avec l'agence n'est nécessaire.
