The building offers concierge service throughout the day. Renowned restaurants, pubs and supermarkets in the same street.
Available for short term rentals (week / month). The price depends on the number of guests and the period of stay. On the occasion of the numerous trade fairs and exhibitions prices can change greatly and it is advisable to book in advance. The accommodation is no-smoking (smoking allowed on the terrace in front of the flat) and pets are not allowed.
Check-in and check-out by appointment from 15 to 21 and from 9 to 11. The price indicated refers to the accomodation with double bed.

Smoking is allowed in the terrace in front of flat.
No pets.
Security deposit (to pay directly at check-in) depends of lenght of stay and number of guests.
Base price of the security deposit for stays of less than 5 days for 1 or 2 persons € 100
Security deposit is in case you brake something.
If everything is ok is given back (it usually happens).
Check-in and Check-out by appointment from monday to friday from 15 to 21 and from 9 to 11.Outside of these days/times with a charge.
About the cleaning:
If you leave the flat perfectly cleaned like at the entrance nothing is charged for the cleaning.
If you leave the flat not perfectly cleaned the cleaning is charged to you on actual time required for the cleaning based on € 25.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
