From here you can walk down to Gondola Square in ten minutes or walk five to grab the free bus into Steamboat's excellent downtown. The condo's location on the slopes just above the lower lifts and gondola makes this an excellent ski-in-ski-out location!
The rooms for rent are upstairs in the loft. There are two twin beds in the loft over the main living room and two more in a bedroom down the hall (also in the loft). There is a full bathroom in the loft as well as one downstairs. The entire upstairs will be all yours for your stay. There is a TV with cable and a DVD player in the loft bedroom.
The living room has a fire place, couch and comfy chairs for you to relax after a long day on the mountain or exploring the town. There is also a cable TV/DVD player in the living room and some games and puzzles as well.
Wireless Internet is available.
You will also have access to the hot tub in the building, one of the best apres-ski activities around.
The full kitchen is available for your use and the grocery store is only a short ride on the bus away. There are also plenty of great places to go out for food in Gondola Square and downtown, or to order in.
I am happy to recommend fun things to do, places to see as well as great restaurants in the area!
I have a friendly cat who enjoys visitors and will be roaming the condo during the daytime. You don't have to worry about him sleeping on your head at night because he will be in my room, sleeping on mine. :]
The condo is on the 7th floor of a larger condo unit and there is elevator access. There is a washer and dryer on the lower floor that takes quarters.
If you're flying into Steamboat (Hayden) you can get the shuttle service into town for $25-30. I can give you directions or meet you from there!
If you rent a car, you can park in the condo lot (only one car please) but let me know ahead of time so I can get a parking pass for you.
If you are coming from Denver and don't want to rent a car, there is a shuttle from Denver to Steamboat (about 3.5 hours) for $88.
Check in is relatively flexible but preferably before 8PM.
Check out before 7PM.
