Beautiful, fully furnished and equipped, brownstone for short term rental. Great for NYC interns, families on holiday, groups.Five bedrooms that may be subdivided for smaller groups. Fully furnished, with two fully equipped kitchens, living & dining spaces, Cable TV. All-included: A/C, cable, internet, utilities (heat, gas, electricity, water & sewer). Linens and towels are provided for you. Also provided are all kitchen needs: pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffeemaker, teapot, etc. 4 minute walk to train station - 20 minutes to Manhattan - No need to stay in a cramped Manhattan space. All necessary conveniences within 5 minutes walk: banks, shopping, groceries, restaurants, etc. Nice, safe, neighborhood. Basement recreation room with full size pool table and foosball table.

Vivek The Queen vacation is quite good with 5 bedrooms.Its very near to the fresh pond subway station, which makes easier to move anywhere when we don't have car. Driving in New york is not a easy one.The property owner is quiet good. He responds quickly.

Laurent Logement propre, correctement équipé (manque un peu de verres)et qui convient parfaitement pour un groupe (13 adultes).Machine à laver au sous sol ,connexion internet mais pas d'ordinateur. Quartier très calme. Nous avions toute la maison pour nous.Métro tout proche pour se rendre sur Manhattan en 35 minutes.Si vous êtes nombreux,n'hésitez pas!!!

Host response To clarify a couple things for people who read this review: 1) There IS free WIFI internet connectivity in the house, but you must bring your own laptop. 2) To Manhattan can take 25-35 minutes including the 4-5 minute walk to the train and depends on how long you wait for train... Glad you had a good stay!
