The apartment is located in the Tiburtina /Colli Aniene in an area well connected from metro B SM del Soccorso / Ponte Mammolo and well equipped with supermarkets, restaurants,free parking, public green spaces.
The apartment is about 8km from city center,passable in about 25-40 minutes with bus 309 or 450 and subway (metro B)
The apartment is shared with a large terrace, a spacious kitchen and two bathrooms
There are 3 large private bedrooms that have to share 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (refrigerator,microwave oven,kettle,etc.)
In the bedroom you'll find linen,towels and your personal keys.
You can connect with internet wi-fi in all the apartment.
The price is all-inclusive and there aren't additional costs.
Fantastic stay! The host went above and beyond the call of duty and was the perfect host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen and the hosts kindly provide all the little things like coffee, milk etc which was of huge benefit to us. Privacy was respected and the communal areas were cleaned regularly to the highest standard. The location was great, hugely convenient! Only a twenty minute walk to the metro into the centre or a short bus ride with a stop very close. Overall, I can't praise it highly enough, we had a fantastic stay and I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of going to Rome on a budget. For what you pay, this place has it all and more. Good host who is helpful and friendly. The location is not the best, but with the clear descriptions from the host, you can take bus&metro to the apartment. The room is warm and cozy, though it had a bit unpleasant smell (still acceptable). :P In fact, the whole apartment is clean and tidy! Kitchen is well equipped, and cupboard is well assigned for different room. Overall, it is a good choice for budget travel. Grazie! :)
Hello We very great holiday spent in Rome. Very good contact with the host. Access to the apartment is simple, the bus has a stop at the next block. Andrea tries very hard, apartament is clean and neat. Disadvantage: we ordered blue room, and unfortunately he was too busy but we got a bigger room. I highly recommend the host, is honest and does not even have a problem with communication, if poorly spoken English :). Maciej and Dominika POLAND.

Friendly landlord whom we met only at arrival. Overall the flat was OK, only had a few inconveniences. The sheets needed washing. One of the showers wasn't working well. The hair dryer overheas very quickly and needs few minutes to work again. The milk provided for breakfast was sour, and wasn't replaced. A big plus for the candies :)
Appartement super ! Très propre, relativement bien situé (: près du métro + bus). Andrea met le nécessaire à disposition. Même s'il est partagé avec d'autres personnes, l'intimité est préservée et le partage de la cuisine/salle de bain est bien structuré. Je le recommande fortement pour les petits budgets qui veulent profiter de Rome, sereinement. De plus, le partage de l'appartement permet de faire de belles rencontres, provenant de différents horizons.
