In the Chestnut (67sqm 3 pax) we enter a large warm living room with a sofabed and with a kitchen equipped with electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The sleeping area includes a bathroom with shower, a large double bedroom and a big private terrace that looks onto the garden.

Chestnut and Pomegranate are linked inside and can be rented also all together.

In the property there are others 6 apartments, that can be rented together with Castagno, 1 hectar of Garden, a free parking inside the property and a swimming pool of 16m x 8-6m.
