Alastair I have no hesitation in recommending this flat if you are going to London for a short stay. Comfortable, loads of hot water, plenty of room. Despite the advert there are actually 2 showers in the flat so if you are a family like us, then you can quickly get ready in the morning. Excellent, secure parking facilities. As always there are a few things that could be improved, but they are very minor - i.e. toilet seat needs fixed in the en suite bathroom. Ensuite bathroom celing could do wiht a quick lick of paint, there is no teapot in the kitchen. ( However other than that, the kitchen is excellently equipped in terms of utensils) The odour as you enter the communal area is not ideal. But,you see what I mean - pretty minor complaints. Overall, an excellent base to explore London. Owner was very friendly and helpful. View from small terrace onto Canary Wharf is fantastic at night!
Miranda Although the property was clean and tidy, it needed a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom had had repairs done at some time, but they were not done properly so it still leaked a little water. The dishwasher didn't work. Not a major deal, but when you are paying to rent a property these things should work. Lastly the door entry did not work. That was a little frustrating.
