Completely furnished "Cape Cod Nautical Style interior" includes all utensils, linen, and electronics, leaving for several months and looking for a responsible and caring individual(s) to sublease out my home. *You have to see it to really appreciate the lay-out, gardens and easy access to freeway(s) and very close walking distance to ton's of shopping and restaurants! Including Farmers market Every Sunday! Post offices and DMV. Freeway entrance nearby to beaches in 15 minutes! Can bike to Zoo/Balboa Park in 5 minutes.Unit has washer and dryer as well as bicycles available for usage.

Great for someone who is on business/traveling/or relocating looking for a nice home to stay in. Utilities including wireless internet are not included, home does have a housekeeper and gardener which is included in rent...Sorry however no pets! and Maximum 3 people...
