TRASTEVERE PANORAMIC LOFT IN THE CENTER OF ROME

We are honored to provide the apartment for your whole stay, it's located in the historical center – Trastevere - between the right Tevere's bank and Gianicolo's hill, just besides the Botanical Garden; you are going to be in a quiet and characteristic building, where you can be living a nice and enjoyable time.

The apartment
It’s has just been renovated, is very pleasant and equipped with every comfort, it is spreaded on two levels, with a size of 110 sm. It is suitable to host, not just a large family but also two or three couples( max 6 adults). if you ask us, we can accommodate two more beds but only for children.
1st floor 65sm. kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and living room with a double sofa bed
2nd floor an open space of 45 sm with beams and overlooking the living room, it’s furnished with a double bed, a relax zone with two sofa bed and a bathroom.
The overlooking on the Gianicolo's hill is amazing!!
The apartment is at the third floor without elevator

Leaving home
In this Rome's Corner you can find relax and nightlife, in fact in the alley that is characteristic and very quiet, you can experience and feel the magic atmosphere of Rome. Here you can find a small cinema in original language, a art gallery, a typical carpenter's shop and a old grocery where you can buy all your foods.
Just outside the alley, penetrating in the heart of Trastevere, shops, fun, wine bar, folklore, trattorias and improvised markets there are present in any corner.

Location
The apartment is located in a strategic place to visit Rome by walk :
if you go to the left, in 10 minutes, you are in St. Peter's and Castel Sant'Angelo;
if you go straight, crossing the bridge, you reach the most beautiful and accurate area of the center (there are many local, shopping and art site), in 8 minute you reach Campo de Fiori, 9 min Piazza Navona and in a minute more you can see the Pantheon. You can still choose to go Piazza Venezia and Colosseum (10 min more) or Piazza di Spagna (15 min more)
To the. right, in 2 minutes, you reach the heart of Trastevere with S.M. in Trastevere and Piazza Trilussa (the neighborhood that represents Rome at its best).

In Rome there are many locals, bar and restaurants but at the same time you can live a good or bad experience.... just ask as and we can advice you were to go.
For enter In the best archeologic site or museum of the capital, you find an endless line....skip the line
If you don't know Rome, with a good advice and support for any difficulties, your stay it will be better....we like to do that!
