This house as close as it gets to the beach in Tel Aviv.
Located just one street east of the boardwalk, makes this entire house, with one large private garden and one "balcony" a perfect accommodation for your stay.
This is a small studio private HOUSE - with a large garden. It has a single bedroom that's connected to the kitchen. There is no living room. Please examine the photos to get an idea of the space. It is family friendly, as long as you have young kids that sleep in the same bed you're sleeping in.
The living space is better than a hotel, much cheaper, and almost in the exact area. It's so close to the David Intercontinental, that its Taxis are parked literally around the corner.
The house is located on the southern area of Tel Aviv, in extreme close proximity to Neve Tzedek (400m), the center of historical area in Tel Aviv, the Carmel Market (400m) and the Carmelit Bus Station (200m), as well as the picaresque Yamanite Quarter. Also, it is not far from Rothchild Blvd (800m).
The area is full of everything you can think of - clubs and bars on the boardwalk, restaurants and cafes either in Neve Tzedek or Nahlat Binyamin. The newly renovated Outdoor Mall at the Old Train Station. And of course, the awesome boardwalk and beach.
It has free WiFi, but it doesn't have a TV at the moment (please let me know if this is critical for your stay - so I can arrange something). A parking place can also be provided in advance for additional fee.
One thing to note - this house has a kindergarten as a neighbor. You can hear kids chatter and play in their yard. If you spend most of your day at home, and need absolute silence - I suggest you find a different accommodation, and quite honestly - preferably not in Tel Aviv. Either that, or get a set of headphones :)
