It is very convenient to go to Florence by train since it is very expensive to park the car in the historical centre of Florence but the closest train station is 1 km far from the farmhouse(Sieci train station).

We loved this place! The views were breathtaking. It was like living in the midst of a working vinyard (because it is indeed). Our stay could have only been better if we were there a couple weeks later after Spring had sprung. From this location we drove around the Tuscan hill country. Bring your own condiments, for the cabinets are bare. Giovanni was a charm to work with and lives just up the hill. You will definately want to drive yourself to this place outside of Florence. Also arrange for your host to meet at the little mall parking lot at the bottom of the hill in Sieci. There was an additional cleaning charge as well as city taxes...
