Braoudakis traditional house 1 is located approximately 1km away from the village of Vrysses. The house is made of limestone and wood and is decorated and furnished in traditional Cretan style. The house is in a rural setting with olive, walnut and plane trees surrounding it.

The area is perfectly safe for children and includes a convenient parking space.The villa has two bedrooms with separate toilets, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. A good sized kitchen is equipped with a full sized refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven with four hot-plates, a dishwasher, a coffee pot, a blender, a juicer, a toaster a kettle and a full set of cutlery and saucepans. The two bedrooms are traditionally decorated with replica hand carved furniture and the curtains and soft furnishings are all of traditional designs and fabrics. The originals of both furniture and fabrics can be seen in the local museum.

The open fireplace gives the final touch to this atmosphere. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, a sound system, and an air conditioning which also converts to heating for the cool periods of spring and autumn. The bathroom also has a full sized washing machine, a hair dryer and an iron.

The house does not have swimming pool.
