The apartment has an own entry, a bathroom with shower, a fully functional kitchen and a beautiful view on traditional canal houses and large trees.
The apartment is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Amsterdam (the canal district).
The Palmgracht is a very quiet street, almost without traffic, with many traditional Dutch houses.
It is an oasis in a bustling city centre.
In the direct neighbourhood are many shops, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, markets and so on.
The appartment has steep stairs so it's not suitable for small children or elderly people.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was good and the flat had everything we needed. But two main issues where the cleanliness as there were cobwebs and dust in many places. Also the windows are drafty and there are gaps between the frame and the wall, the beds are right next to them so it makes it a cold sleep. We were lucky as the weather was nice but I wouldn't return at a colder time as this would be an issue. The apartment is spacious enough for 3 people so we were comfortable. Thank you to the host, it was a good holiday.
The apartment is located in a very quiet and relaxing area. The Center is not far, about 15 minutes walk. Typical Dutch House with steep stairs, third floor, maybe not for everyone. The owner was very nice: we had problems with the WiFi, it took him to fix everything in a short time and allowed us to delay check-out. There were two, then available space was more than sufficient, but some things should be said: the microwave works and allows you to smoothly pass over the fact that kettle and coffee machine are not working; There is only one cup and a wide glass for breakfast. Minor problems compared to draught passing through the Windows. Council to provide for the winter. In conclusion, great vacation, would stay there again but at a lower price.
Host response Dear Miguel, I'm sorry to hear the cleaning was not done propperly, I will talk with the cleaners about that. The damp is hard to handle, it is an old cananlhouse so sometimes we have a little problem that. We will look into improving this. I still hope you enjoyed your stay.
