This apartment which can accommodate up 2-4 people is situated in the heart of Rome's historical center.
Located in one of the most characteristic district, this apartment is close to all major tourist attractions (Trastevere, S. Peter church, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Coliseum…)
The "capillari 1" is located on the last floor (4th) of an ancient building (without elevator).
The living room/kitchen is equipped with a double sofa bed, dining table, TV and free Wifi, the kitchen is equipped with everything the guest can need to prepare the breakfast or the meal (fridge, microwave..)
The bedroom has one double bed, a wardrobe, TV, and is equipped with air conditioning.
The separated bathroom include a shower and clean towels provided for your stay.
This apartment recently renovated, situated in the charming and central district of "campo de' fiori" is ideal for a couple !

Positif: -Propriétaire parlant français -Bien situé Négatif -Equipement de cuisine minimaliste: pas de casserole, ni bol,très peu de couverts -Évacuation de la douche bouchée -Radiateur de la chambre HS : promesse de réparation rapide non tenue -Peu d’électroménager et manque de fonctionnalité Conclusion: Dommage de ne pas avoir voulu investir un minimum pour accueillir correctement les locataires. A mon avis , avec moins de 200 €, il y aurait de quoi remédier au problème. Encore faut-il vouloir le faire!
