the location was great!!!! steps away from the beach and alot of night life!! although the real estate agent seemed lazy to me, was a half hour late when we arrived and an hour late when we were checking out, she didnt even go check the apartment for damages or anything, i would stay in this place again though, great time! thank you
It is really an amazing flat: a lot of space with everything you need and very functional (nice kitchen and bathroom). The building is new, clean with a lift. The location is great, you can see the sea and the beach from the living room and all the restaurants and bars are at proximity. Definitively worth it! I will come back here next time I travel to Miami.
We stayed here for 10 nights. We are the family with 1 boy (5 years old), so my opinion will be relevant for families with kids :) Good: - everything is near - beach (you can see it through window), shops, restaurants. - price is excellent for the SOBE. - service is good. Owner responded very quickly and representative in SOBE waited for us almost till midnight. Bad: - the nearest restaurant is in the same building, under apartments windows. So if you want to go to bed till midnight (1-2 am at weekends) - the loud music is very annoying. - it is not very clean (it not a hotel). there was dust all around the place, carpet was not vacuumed. - the TV is not working properly. - and ants (small bugs). we had some at our home once, so it was not very big deal for us (that is the reason why we did not leave the place at the first day), but you can't leave any sweet food in the place, all must be in the fridge.
