Part of a complex of country Homes, Elia Villa is built in a unique traditional way, featuring Aegean architectural style. Set high on a hillside, offering wonderful panoramic views to the sea and the surrounding area. The villa has three bedrooms and is suitable for 2-7 people and has its own 21 m2 swimming pool set in a nice garden with a stone built BBQ and a play area for children.
The Villa is divided in 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with feature fire place, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower/wc. The villas are situated in the outskirts of Rousospiti village, about 6 km from Rethymno town, where all the amenities can be found. The airport distances are as follows, 75 km. from Chania Airport and 90 km. from Heraklion Airport. There are a couple of taverns and a mini market in the village. A car is considered to be essential for exploring the island and the whole area.
