The recently fully renovated self-catering loft apartment, in a Victorian house in Green Point Village, can sleep up to 4 people, with one 'drop down' queen sized bed (not a sofa bed!) and a separate bedroom which can be configured either with two single beds, or joined together as a king. With only the bedroom occupied, the queen sized bed is stowed against the wall to give a clear living area.
At the front there are panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island, Green Point Common and the Green Point Stadium. At the back there is a private balcony looking out towards Signal Hill, a National Park.
The accommodation features the following:
-separate entrance just off the main front door, giving added security
-open plan, but with distinct living, dining and kitchen areas
-bedroom with ocean views
-bathroom with bath, a shower area and under-floor heating
-walk-in closet off the main living area with a personal safe
-fully fitted and equipped kitchen area with breakfast counter, automatic coffee machine and a small dishwasher
-the whole apartment has Oregon pine ceilings and, except the bathroom, new pine flooring
-dining area with seating for six
-private balcony with al fresco dining for four
-flat screen TV with subscription satellite channels
-there is a washer/dryer discretely concealed behind a door
-the whole apartment is air conditioned, providing both cooling and heating
-wireless broadband internet is available
-a twice weekly cleaning service is provided
-the proprietor and housekeeper live on the premises
well lit off street parking
-the property has a security alarm system

The open staircase makes the loft apartment unsuitable for young children

The loft apartment and the main apartment share a common entrance lobby and can be easily combined for groups of between 5 and 8 guests

Tino Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe des neuen Fussballstadions! Waterfront und Long Street sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht - von gutem Kaffeeautomaten (Bohnen aufgefüllt) bis Geschirrspüler, tolles Bad und nen richtig schönen Blick vom Wohnbereich . W-LAN ist leider etwas schwach - hier wäre ein stärkerer Router wünschenswert - deswegen einen halben Stern Abzug.

Host response Tino, Thanks for your review. I was interested in your comment about the WiFi as I have just installed one of the strongest routers available in South Africa. Not sure what more I can do!
