A delightful Christine warmly welcomed us, providing helpful local information The flat is quite small, it's comfortable, clean, well equipped with a beautiful balcony. Abbesses Metro is close by for trips into Paris, we loved soaking up the surrounding atmosphere of Montmartre, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Christine, we will return! Mary and John
io e la mia amica siamo arrivate dall'Italia a CDG e in meno di un'ora siamo arrivate all'appartamento grazie alle indicazioni di Christine. l'appartamento è veramente piccolo ma allo stesso tempo comodo in fin dei conti uno ci deve solo dormire... volendo si può anche cenare utilizzando il fornetto e imparare un pò di francese guardando la tv. in zona c'è veramente di tutto la metro (Pigalle) è comodissima... solo un consiglio se siete ragazze la sera sul tardi evitate di girare per Pigalle qualcuno potrebbe infastidirvi (basta fare attenzione è non si corrono pericoli) per il resto che dire Montmartre è veramente splendida e conserverò un bellissimo ricordo. grazie di cuore Christine un abbraccio.. Llegamos de colombia directo a este lugar, muy fácil llegar en tren y la ubicación la mejor restaurantes, panaderias y bistros muy parisinos. Cerca hay todo: correo, lavanderia, 3 estaciones de tren, el sagrado corazón. El sitio está muy bien pensado por cristiana la dueña, habla español perfecto y hace recomendaciones de cosas que ella ya probó primero. El baño queda 2 pisos arriba pero está bien por que la ducha queda dentro de la habitación. Lo recomiendo por limpio, romántico, bueno y tranquilo. Gracias cristina.
This is the first time I have rented an appartment and found this method very convenient from my home in London. I was looking for something reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and a good location (as I was only there for 4 nights to run the half marathon). The room is compact(included a shower) warm and functional with basic cooking facilities. The only disappointment was the TV didn't work, it would have been nice to watch ocasionally (particularly as a Francophile with rusty French). The location is between the vibrant cafes, shops and culture of Montmartre and the colourful area of Pigalle, our equivalent would be Soho/ red light district -close to the Moulin Rouge and the musee de L'erotisme! All the local sights are within good walking distance. The host was very flexible about checking out time which allowed me to make the most of my last day in Paris. Would recommend.
Host response I felt sorry when I heard about the TV.Guests before just left the TV with USB option to watch their pictures,but now the channels are back! It was a careless of mine not to have check before the arrival of my guest.Anyway, thank you Jody for your nice and detailed comment!That could help! Christine.
