Netherlands and Amsterdam are well known, among other things, its dikes and polders, we live in a house built on a dam, which once served to isolate the water and go drying to convert the sea on dry land. These homes have two different levels abroad. Our B&B is located in the basement of our house, and has a garden, for our guests only, 60 square meters.
Our Bed & Breakfast is located in quiet and picturesque residential area, in the north part of Amsterdam. The house is facing the Noorderpark and is constructed in 1934. The studio is romantically decorated in art deco style, with eye for detail. In our B&B you are completely independent and autonomous. You have your own entrance to the B&B which is equipped with a small kitchen, a luxurious private bathroom and a large private garden. The double bed (160 x 200 cm) and the dressing table are from 1931. There is a plasma TV and wireless internet in the studio, a baby cot and extra bed (90 x 200 cm) are also available, under the double bed. In front of the house, you can park your car for free!!!! which is unique in Amsterdam! Pets are very welcome! Opposite the house is a park, and a forest ‘Vliegenbos’ is on a 2 minutes walk. Amsterdam Central Train Station is 15 minutes travel by bus or bike/ferry.
Front the house there is a park the 'North Park. " It is a quiet and picturesque neighborhood.

Le logement en lui-même est très agréable, et Ana une hôte vraiment sympathique et accueillante- Je regrette juste que le quartier ait été tout de même assez excentré. En bus on arrive effectivement très vite à la gare centrale mais les transports sont très chers à Amsterdam et à pied c'est tout de même loin.
Très beau studio, bien équipé, situé au calme à 3 stations d'autobus du centre d'Amsterdam. Beau petit jardin avec la possibilité de manger dehors (s'il fait beau !)Ana est très sympathique. Seul petit bémol, nous n'avons pas reçu les plans d'accès pourtant promis et dommage que des vélos ne soient pas disponibles, alors qu'il y en avait dans le jardin (ils étaient crevés).

Excellent séjour dans ce studio idéalement situé, au calme dans une rue tranquille avec un parking gratuit. Mais cependant à 1/4 d'heure à pied de l’embarcadère où un bateau navette vous emmène à la gare centrale, en plein cœur d'Amsterdam en 2 minutes!! Une boulangerie à 50 m une grande surface à 10 minutes des restaurants à proximité...l'idéal quoi! L'accueil des propriétaires super sympa! Studio à recommander.
Host response Ich bin traurig über den Fernseher. Ich wusste nicht, wenn Sie im Studio waren. Ich ging ein paar Mal, aber du warst nicht da. KPN hat die chanels in Deutschland seit einiger Zeit entfernt, werde ich zu einem anderen Unternehmen zu finden. Auf der Schließfachverschluß. brach eine frühere Kunden, ist es sehr schwierig, eine Sperre von einem Modell so alt zu finden. Wenn Sie kam erzählte ich ihm von dem Schrankschlüssel und wurde gesagt, es war kein Problem. Ich sehr geeignet Interrupt Ihrer Privatsphäre, die Schranktür zu beheben, so für seine Abreise zu versuchen zu warten. Jetzt ist gelöst.
