La zona es tranquila, con todos los servicios cerca como mercados tradicionales y supermercados, farmacia, bares, cafeterias.... Muy cerca de El Corte Ingles y el Palacio de Vista Alegre.

Die Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für diejenigen Reisende, die in einem typischen Madrider Quartier einen ruhigen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt suchen. Das Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Bus Nr.35 (Haltestelle 15 m vom Haus entfertn, Endstation eine Gasse gleich in der Nähe von Plaza Mayor, Reisedauer ca. 25 min.) oder mit dem Metro - Linea Nr. 5 (etwa 10 min. zu Fuss, die Fahrt von Carabanchel zur Puerta del Sol oder Gran Via dauert ca. 20 min.)leicht zu erreichen. Ticket für 7 Tage ÖV kostet 25 €. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen grossen Supermarket, ein gutes Fitnessstudio und jede Menge kleine Geschäfte sowie Restaurants. Auf dem Weg zur U-Bahn-Station läuft man etwa 5 Bankfillialen mit Bankautomaten vorbei. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon. Die Zimmer sind nicht die grössten aber sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig. Die WLAN-Verbindung funktionierte einwandfrei. Das TV-Angebot fasst über 100 TV-Kanäle, darunter viele in spanischer Sprache, aber es gibt auch deutsche und englische TV-Sender. Fazit: Nicht die modernste Wohnung, dafür aber sehr sehr gemütlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überein. Ich persönlich habe mich sehr gut und sicher gefühlt.
