This self-catering apartment has two spacious double bedrooms: one with double bed and window with view of gardens, one with twin beds and bunks can be added for max. 6 guests (ex: 4 adults and two children). This room has a balcony which looks on to the gardens with space for sitting and with a washing machine and drying stand. The apartment has its own entrance through a private gate to a tiny garden and tiled terrace with pergola. This leads into the living room/dining area and separate kitchen.
LOCATION: OLBIA AND SARDINIA'S NORTH COAST Olbia is a thriving port city, arrival point of visitors to Sardinia's North Coast. Great restaurants, Roman nautical museum, fashion shops and port promenade. The apartments are in an elegant new complex on the north side. In a quiet tree-lined side street, off the centre and a few feet from some good restaurants, takeaways, bars and shops. Great for exploring the North Coast of Sardinia and Costa Smeralda by car, motorbike or bicycle.
Nearby beaches are 10 minutes by car: La Rena Bianca, Golfo di Marinella, and the elegant Porto Rotondo resort town. Only 20 minutes to the fashionable Costa Smeralda. Olbia International Airport 10 mins. Taxis from airport and local bus stops at a few yards. A car and/or bike recommended for exploring the coast and inland areas .We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible... please supply details of your group with age ranges, interests, special needs etc.
PLEASE NOTE: Small pets allowed by prior request and smoking allowed on terrace/balcony areas - We ask MINIMUM STAY 4 NIGHTS - A small refundable deposit of €50 is asked in cash upon arrival for the safe return of keys, linen etc. Final cleaning will be charged at €35 if required,if not we expect guests to leave the kitchen and apartment clean. TOURISM SERVICES: boat excursions also available on request. PARKING:Private space for car and/or bike outside apartment.
