Ideal for walking or cycling enthusiasts as on flat, country side routes; approx. 4 km from main Fethiye centre but with its own amenities in suburb - 500 m to nearest supermarkets and restaurants. By two dolmus routes you can access all main sights and beaches. Beaches are within 40 minutes walk. Cycle hire is close in Calis resort.

Apartment's sunny aspect catches easterly sun morning and westerly sun afternoons. Has spacious rear pool terraces. Steel front door and all windows have decorative security grilles. Mixed nationality neighbours in small site of only 10 aparts on two levels. Lawned, gated front garden. Side view to the mountains and front faces to opposite side villas.

Apartment can be extra cleaned prior to entry at Extra fee. For use of washing machine small fee charged for consumables. For basics on arrival, a late opening general store is 2 minutes away. Dalaman airport transfer less than 1 hour; you may book transfer yourself online in shared shuttle minibus to minimise costs or use the Havas airport shuttle bus - 15 TL.

Fethiye is a real Turkish resort which offers variety of pace to any visitor, and is a splendid base with good transport links to other holiday spots. Ample activities remain open throughout the winter months and you experience a beautiful mild climate. No doubt that is why there are many nationalities of people who are resident here.
