Clean and modern loft downtown Montreal.

APARTMENT : Very nice apartment/loft, modern and bright with wall to wall windows and high ceilings.
Modern American kitchen open on living room. Fire place.
One closed bedroom with queen bed and storage.
Mezzanine with desk and sofa convertible in a very comfortable double bed.
Balcony and a large private terrace.

EQUIPMENT : Fully equipped: tv, internet, sheets, towels, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, BBQ, ...

LOCATION : right above metro station and rental bicycle. 1 street from the gay village: this part of Montreal is a pedestrian area during summer with all the clubs, restaurants, bars, shops. 2 metro stations from Place des Arts (where are all the festivities) 3 metro stations from Old Montreal, 3 metro stations from the Plateau.

ATTRACTION : all the summer festivities like Montreal Jazz fest, Juste pour Rire, Francopholies, International fireworks every Saturdays witch you could see from the terrace, ...

Claude Bel appartement moderne et spacieux, très bien situé à proximité de la station de métro Papineau.

Jean Claude appartement très agréable et bien équipé (hormis la cafetière Nespresso pour laquelle il est difficile de trouver des dosettes...) pour 2 personnes, le couchage pour les 2 personnes supplémentaires n'est pas très confortable. terrasse très sympa quoiqu'un peu bruyante - restos (rue Ste Catherine), superette (Métro+ ouvert jusqu'à 23h) et métro (Papineau) à 100 mètres
