A cent mètres de la Tour de l'horloge et du Vieux Port, studio dans belle résidence sous les arcades dans quartier historique de La Rochelle. Studio entièrement refait en juillet 2011. Meublé et équipé au 2ème étage. Immeuble très calme avec ascenseur et gardien.
Local à vélos. Pièce principale équipée d'une banquette BZ Canapé deux personnes. Coin cuisine équipé, salle de bains avec baignoire.
Caution 500 eur à régler à la remise des clefs et remboursable au départ.

Stayed here in June 2013. Apartment very clean, simple furnishings and perfect for a stay in the heart of the town. Charming host and extremely helpful. Some problems with internet which were efficiently sorted. We brought our bikes and were surprised and impressed to have garage storage for them. We parked our car on streets with free parking very close, although the nearby car park was recommended. Excellent value. Would not hesitate to return.
