The Ca Do Corti is a small apartment of 50 square meters ideal for a “budget” venetian holiday. It is 10 minutes walk from Santa Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma, near the Ghetto, in a lively and colorful Venice neighborhood. You are 5 minutes from the vaporetto stop Guglie and Crea and from there you arrive quickly in all parts of the city. A stroll around Piazza San Marco will take a half an hour, and just twenty minutes for the Rialto Bridge and market, you can also reach the it by taking the gondola at the "traghetto" santa Sofia (it is very cheap!). The area is very commercial and you will not find that the tourist shops. The house can accommodate up to 5 people with its large bedroom and its lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people. A fifth person can possibly sleep on an inflatable mattress available.
Additional fees, if applicable, must be arranged directly with the Host after booking. Only accommodation fees are payable when booking through the HouseTrip platform.
Notre séjour à Venise s'est agréablement bien passé avec nos amis, en partie grâce au confort de cet appartement. Guillaume, le propriétaire, nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Son logement est très bien situé, à proximité d'un bon restaurant, d'une station de vaporetto et pas très loin de la gare et des commerces. Il est surtout bien équipé, lave vaisselle, lave linge, 2 TV LCD, wifi... Nous gardons précieusement la carte de visite de Guillaume pour une future réservation dans un de ses appartements.
