A cosy,full equipped apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. It is the ideal place for a couple, a family with children or a small group of friends who choose to share the budget but still want to enjoy a high standard accomodation, independence and comfort. The original wood beams and the parquet flooring are a warm frame for your moments of relax, after your walks in the ancient streets of imperial Rome or before a night out in one of the many restaurants of the neighbourood. The flat is part of a XVIIIth century building that has been recently restored. It is positioned on the top of Viminale hill at the verge of one of the slopes that head down to the archeological site of Foro Romano and Colosseum.
Living room and bedroom make by far the largest part of the apartment, granting a fit space for everyday home activities and leisure.
The quiet atmosphere makes it also a perfect place when you need to concentrate on your work.
We provide fresh milk, coffe, jam, butter, bread and fruits (menu may vary subject to availability) for your first morning breakfast .

Our hosts were very kind and couldn't have been more helpful. The flat was spotless and well equipped and very central-10 minutes from the Colosseum, so we could walk to many sites, or go back in the day for a break. It is in a fairly quiet street, near the police station. There are lots of restaurants and food shops close by. It would have been lovely to have somewhere to sit outside, as it was so warm in the evenings and the kitchen area, whilst well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob and lots of cooking utensils, it was a cramped work space-fine for pasta cooking, though! caeu
