The spacious apartment is furnished with antique furniture typically Tuscan, has 2 large double bedrooms with king size bed (extra single bed available), spacious living room with TV sat, dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower , kitchen with direct access to the rooftop terrace of 30 square meters equipped with gazebo, table, chairs, barbecue and laundry room.
The car parking is private.
The bus is very comfortable (to the city center of Florence), as well as the tramway rail which can take up to 6 km from the house and is Scandicci (this is recommended because the tram runs frequently).
The train station is 4 km from the house and to get to Florence by train takes 25 minutes.
Nearby there is a wonderful typical grocery store , with which to prepare delicious meals of meats, cheeses, vegetables and fresh fruit, pizza and mashed, and especially the typical Tuscan bread without salt, and baked in a wood.
Visitors to Tuscany can not help but marvel at the sheer beauty of the Tuscan countryside with ITS peaceful landscape and rolling Tuscan hills. As well as the magic of this location there are splendid Numerous Activities you can do to fill your leisure time.
Take a horseback ride through the countryside, play a round of golf, sample some of the locally produced wines whilst taking a tour of the local wine cellars, why not spend a tranquil day fishing taking in the delights of your surroundings or spend the day discovering the renowned Chianti Valley.

Spatiaux (2 grandes chambres à coucher), salon, salle à manger, balcon. Cuisine adéquatement fournie. Site superbe dominant la vallée du chianti et panoramas extraordinaires. Voiture est nécessaire pour rejoindre le tram pour Florence, nourriture, etc. Une bonne connaissance de l'Italien est recommencée.
Tres bon accueil. Logement tres familier et agréable. Accès délicat de nuit sous la pluie, mais c'est le réseau routier italien. La présence de la voie rapide en contrebas ne nous a pas génés.

You step back in time (1900) because it's furnished in antiques. Spacious, high ceilings,charming, beautiful windows, tile floors, and perfect location (quiet and safe and lots of privacy) to drive to Piazalle Michaelango (45 min) for free parking to see Florence or start day trips right from the house (Pisa, Lucca, Vinci, San Gimignano, Castelinni in Chianti). Our host was there to greet us (including a bottle of red Chianti and a bag of delicious biscotti cookies.) The balcony is a very romantic setting. Everything was as perfect as it could be.
Lovely home,well appointed. Disappointed as it was far from Firenze and the buses we were told would take 2 hrs to get there. We ended up driving in when we wanted to go. There is train service but still needed to get to the train by car. Not what was advertised 20 Mins not happening. The photo also lead you to believe its all in the country and it kinda is but there is a major highway just behind the house and the traffic is constant and a loud. The rooms were lovely but one bed room the air conditioner was not cooling and it was hard to sleep with the windows open as the traffic noise and the mosquitos were awful. If not for these conditions I would have given it a five star rating..
