This beautiful house is situated in the middle of some of the best ski areas in Austria.The resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun are a short 20 minute drive away.Kitzbuhel is 30 mins drive.Fantastic nursery slopes within a 2 minute walk.The village of Niedernsill has a few good bars and restaurants,a spar,bank,ski hire and instruction,ice skating all within a short walk from the property.Nearby Kaprun is fantastic for the more proficient skier and has the Kitzsteinhorn glacier so guaranteed skiing whatever the snow conditions and great nightlife.The Tauern spa is a brand new multi million pound swimming complex,complete with saunas,treatment rooms,outside hot water pools,slides etc and a very short drive.We have just completed work on this apartment and furnished to a high standard.We have lived here now for 3 years and are available to help with whatever you wish to do.

Hennie The apartment is tastfully furnished and decorated and is fitted with all amenities. The village of Niedernsill is beutifull and close to the resorts at Zell am See and Kaprun. Katinka is extremely helpfull with suggestions of activities and we really enjoyed our stay.
