The name is “Baccarat” and it’s an apartment full of light and sun, recently renovated. Your windows look in to a traditional venitian “campo”.
You will be in the historical heart of one of the most wonderful town in the world.
The location of the apartment is very central and really for less than two minutes you can walk in Piazza S.Marco and be in the main area of the famous Museums, Galleries, Restaurants and Shops of the City.
The accomodation can be perfect for 2-4 adults in two differents bedrooms and you will have a further, separate, dining room with a double sofa, TV, Internet. All the rooms have the conditioning air and a modern kitchen is totally equipped with owen, microwaves, toaster, etc….
The price is Interesting and correct for Venice.
Only few minutes from the apartment you can found the stops of all the main navigation and transportation lines - public and private companies, gondolas included - to move in Venice and to visit the islands like Murano, Burano, etc,

This was a nice apartment inside. The location was perfect. 5 Minute walk once you got of the Vaparetto (Water Taxi) to the apartment. 5 minutes walk to San Marco Square and just as close to the Rialto Bridge. Quiet, even though in the middle of everything. Restaurants and coffee shops all around. Nice set up. Owner was very nice. Entrance is dark and lots of steps, but once inside apt you were in a really nice place. Loved our stay in Venice.
Nice, good-planned apartment. Great location if you want to be in the centre of things, and it is about 3 minutes walk from the boat stop where you get from the airport. It is on the second floor, so there are some steps to climb. The ground floor is occupied by a cafe, so it is quite noisy during the day (we managed to rest by closing the windows and turning the air-conditioning on), but quiet between midnight and 8 a.m. The apartment is furnished completely from IKEA, so not very 'atmospheric', but quite comfortable. There is no Wi-Fi, but the broadband connection works well. All in all, good choice af you do not expect wievs and will not need a washing mashine.
