Spend your days amidst the hustle and bustle of Manhattan and then take the short trip back to our quiet, well-appointed and relaxing home away from home in Brooklyn. Our modern, bright two bedroom apartment is located in a classic New York "brick and brownstone" townhouse. We are situated on a quiet, tree lined street only two minutes walk from the subway for easy access to Manhattan in 20 minutes. The two bedroom apartment overlooks a garden. The apartment is comfortably furnished with everything you could possibly need for your wonderful vacation in New York City! The owner of the property lives in one of the apartments in the building and so is always on hand to answer questions or help with directions.
The apartment sleeps 2-6 and is comfortably furnished with everything you need for your wonderful vacation in New York City! With a party of 6, it is cheaper than a hostel, yet it's a lovely private apartment. *Each bedroom has a double bed, pretty linens, plenty of pillows and ample closet space. *The sitting room has a pull out sofa, arm chairs and a TV. *The kitchen is oak with stainless steel appliances and is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. There is a microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well as a full size stove and large refrigerator. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs. *The bathroom has tile throughout plus a full sized tub and shower. *Included in the price is free high speed wireless Internet!
Check in and check out are flexible depending on our next guest's arrival, but you can always leave your luggage at the house if you have a late departure.
I take a $300 security deposit in cash on arrival or via Paypal one week prior to arrival which is returned to you when you leave the apartment in good, clean condition. If you prefer, you can pay a cleaning fee.

Nous avons passé un séjour familial sublime ! L'appartement est très agréable, confortable et pratique, le métro est à quelques minutes seulement et les magasins et restos tout aussi proches. Brooklyn est bien + calme que Manhattan, c'est agréable d'y loger. Emma est super accueillante et disponible, toujours prête à répondre à nos questions. Nous le recommandons !
Très bonne location située proche du métro et commerces d'alimentation dans un quartier calme. Location très propre et bien équipée notamment au niveau de la cuisine, avec bon chauffage en hiver. Très bon accueil, disponible pour des conseils sur New York et mise à disposition de nombreuses documentations et livres sur NYC. Instructions très claires pour accéder a la location et pour le paiement. Appartement idéal pour 5 personnes.
We - my wife and I + 3 boys age 15, 18 and 22 had a perfect week in this great for the purpose apartment. Emma, the owner of the house was a great and considerate host. We enjoyed very much to experience Brooklyn life, in contrast to the busyness’ in Manhattan - and actually enjoyed to visit some of the many small restaurants in the neighborhood - with surprisingly good food and better prices for a family that NYC, 20 minutes away can offer. We will return to Emma :-)
