Very nice charming appartment!!!
This appartment is located in the trendy, popular area 'de Pijp', and is close to the Rijks Museum, Van Gogh Museum and Amsterdam's most famous Albert Cuyp Market. 'De Pijp' is full of trendy bars and restaurants and is a truly cosmopolitan lively part of the city.
The Pijp is just south of the centre of Amsterdam and with excellent public transport around the corner you can take a short tram that rides into the heart of the city.
De Pijp is very central, at a 5-minute cycle-ride from the Leidseplein (music venues, theatres, cinemas) and the Museumplein.
In 15 min. you walk into the Amsterdam-Citycentre..and the Amsterdam- Night- Life.
This appartment is just renovated....
This 70m2 completely furnished property has 2 bedrooms,
one very small...suits one person. The other room suits two...
The livingroom provides enough space to sleep in and is very cosy.
The appartment has the following next features:
-A brand new kitchen: Fridge-oven-gas stove.
-A spacious romantic livingroom and dining area.
-A new comfortable bathroom with a bad, a shower and toilet.

-A large balcony, perfectly positioned for the afternoon-evening sun.

-A well knowned 'Raw food chef' available....who can serve the most healthy vegan living food.

Lots of extra in this apartment. Drinks in the fridge, Towels, tourist guides and so on. The host is also very nice, she explained many things about Amsterdam! Wonderful trip
Sehr netter Empfang (kleines Apero) ;) schöne Wohnung mit allen Extras. Die beiden Zustellbetten (Luftbett) waren sehr bequem.
We stayed for 2 nights and were so happy that we found this fantastic apartment in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood of Amsterdam. Right next to a park, close to the famous Albert Cuyp Market and public transport (tram) only some minutes away. Very tasteful interior, cozy, cute balcony, clean. The only thing which was not perfect: 2 persons had to sleep behind a dividing wall in the living room. But all in all we can still recommend to stay at this apartment!!!

Accueil charmant.Appartement romantique,un séjour agréable à 2 pas du tramway pour découvrir Amsterdam aisément.
Appartement agréable,avec beaucoup de charme, situé près du centre ville et de toutes commodités, nous avons aimé y séjourner. Si nous devons revenir à Amsterdam, pas vu les tulipes à cause de cet hiver qui n'en finissait pas, nous louerons chez Kim qui nous a offert des tulipes pour compenser notre frustration, agréable attention..
Kim ist eine tolle gastgeberin...war kein problem, dass wir früher in die wohnung konnten. Gegend ist toll...parknähe, viele nette lokale, zu fuß ca 20 min zum rembrandtplatz, tram in 2 min erreichbar. Appartement teilweise etwas abgewohnt aber bad neu und sauber. Ein schlafzimmer (sehr ruhig!) und zwei weitere schlafmöglichkeiten (selbstaufblasende matratzen) im wohnzimmer. Generell sehr hellhörige wohnung, aber ruhige Straße. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Leider stimmt es, dass der eingangsbereich des hauses sehr nach katzenpisse stinkt...aber davon ist in der wohnung nichts bemerkbar!! Heizung funktionierte ohne probleme! Konnten zunächst nicht ins wlan, hat kim aber sofort geklärt!
