A deux pas se trouve le centre commercial les 4 Temps doté d’un ensemble hypermarché, shopping, cinéma, restaurants. L’avenue des Champs Elysées est à 1 station. Les lieux touristiques les plus demandés sont aussi d’accès immédiat.
L’immeuble comprend ascenseur, gardien, location de parking, ménage compris.
Les dates de location sont flexibles hors saison estivale (samedi au samedi non obligatoire).
Caution : 1000 euros (non encaissé) et remis au locataire un mois après la fin séjour du séjour sauf en cas de dégradation.
