Hermoso apartamento para 2-3personas...de 35metros cuadrados..primer piso vista a la calle,studio con kitchnet, cocina electrica,tostadora,pava electrica,cafetera,parrilla electrica (george foreman), sofa cama,aire acondicionado,estacionamiento propio privado cerrado(pocos en la zona)seguridad las 24 horas, a 100 metros del mar,con una gran pasarela de madera que llega hasta Ocean Drive ideal para caminar o trotar, a minutos de del centro, Lincoln Road, South Beach r, Miami Norte.
Se encuentra en una zona residencial y centrica,cerca de las principales autopistas que entran y salen de la ciudad.conocida como Art Deco.
Alquiler minimo 3 dias.
Servicio de Lavanderia,piscina,gran lobby, tv lcd por cable e internet wi fi,
ubicacion excelente.. en la calle 41 se encuentra el puente de comunicacion con el continente,, y acceso de las principales rutas (A1....95..Palmeto..75.. ) y directo con el aeropuerto internacional de Miami.
