PERFECT LOCATION: Beautiful and cozy rooftop apartment, full of character and light, located in the heart of the famous «Bairro Alto», known as one of the most attractive and picturesque areas of the Lisbon’s city center. At night, this 17th century colorful district is transformed into the city's vibrant nightlife quarter. The main streets and narrow passageways are bustling with activity of dozens of excellent traditional restaurants, «fado singing houses», cafés, and a multitude of sleek clubs and bars that stay open until late. In recent years, «Bairro Alto» is also an alternative shopping destination, for those looking for trendy design shops, art galleries and bookshops...
PERFECT APARTMENT: This easy going decorated, fully equipped and completely renovated apartment comprises a front-facing living and dining room, with a sunny balcony and a double sofa bed, a separate kitchen, 2 very quiet double bedrooms and a bathroom. The entire apartment is very bright, spacious and has a view over Lisbon’s sunny rooftops. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, making it ideal for a group of friends or a family...
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: This apartment offers the pleasure of a prime location and proximity to Lisbon's oldest and most popular sites, such as: the famous «Chiado» quarter and the «Rossio Square» (2 and 5 minutes walking distance) and to the main public transportation network, such as: the metro station «Baixa-Chiado» (2 minutes away), the «Rossio» and «Cais do Sodré» train stations (both 5 minutes away), including many trams and city buses.

For everybody that is looking for the perfect apartment in the center of Lisbon, Sunny Penthouse is the place to be!! The apartment itself is amazing, nicely furnished with all the equipment and gadgets that you need for a relaxing stay. you will love the view from the balcony! If you happen to forget your lonely planet at home, dont worry all the info you need is on the info wall in one of the rooms. you can also find poker chips and movies for lazy hangovered afternoons;) the district is lively, there is always something going on. through the day you can wander the bairro streets and search for the hidden shops in the evening you can treat yourself with a nice dinner and good music in the bars. stores, restaurants, parks all in 5 minute walking range! no angry neighbors, or maybe they were just too polite, either way, perfect:) to sum up, perfect place, perfect district, we loved it. joana&filipa, see you soon :)
The apartment is really nice , clean and comfortable, right under the roof, with well equipped kitchen. Balcony with the view on the street, more quite bedrooms at the rear of the flat. Bathrom with its own window which shows views on the roofs of the surounding houses. If you mind a bit noisy nights (there is music and young people on the streets until the late night, a lot of bars and little symphatetic restaurants) take the ear -plugs as well and your dreams are safe:-).
