Aria is a pleasant, quiet suburb of Nafplio with a couple of cafes, local shops and tavernas and easy access to Nafplio. Some apartments have views towards the sea and the town. When the castle 'Palamidi' is illuminated the view is stunning. The location is ideal for discovering the wealth of archaeological sites that the region has to offer, as well as the beaches!
Travel from Athens airport is easy thanks to the new ring road, and we recommend hiring a car at the airport and driving.
Journey time is two hours and a car will be useful for sightseeing while you are here.
