Apartments are located in a dynamic and historic Ferenciek square, in the middle of the famous pedestrian Váci Street. River Danube and the Elisabeth bridge are no more than 50 meters away from the building. The building is the most beautifully monument building known as Párizsi udvar - Parisian court. Tram # 2 takes you along the Pest side of the Danube. Ferenciek tere (Square) metro stop is in front of the building.
Apartment is about 85 sqm in size and on the 3rd floor. It has 3 rooms, kitchen, hall, bathroom and separated toilet. One room has 2 double convertible sofa beds, second room has 2 double convertible sofa beds, third room has one double bed and one double convertible sofa. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and self catering. Bathroom has bathing tub with shower, sink and washing machine. Apartment has TV set with cable TV and computer with wireless connection. Apartment has balcony with view on the city, Ferenciek square and Klotilda and Matilda palaces. Apartment is maximum for 12 people.
The main shopping area was just across the road with its many cafes and restaurants. The river was a pleasant 5 minute walk away. There is a big 24 hour supermarket accross the road and another one at the end of the road. They both had a good selection of cheese, salami, bread and other basics but frankly there are so many good restaurants nearby. that we only ate in once, just as well considering the lack of cooking pots. The comfortable lounge area and dining area were very good so general layout was fine. All the quiries I had before were answered promptly and efficiently.
Good apartment in the center of Budapest with all services right outside the apartment, grocery, pharmacy, coffe shops, restaurants, change coin offices, metro, tram. Everything was in a good condition, clean, quite, the size was big enough, wifi worked correctly, big tv, balcony with views to the city, and the staff was kind, correct and punctual.
