We are located on Sathu pradit 20 next to the church of St Joseph. There are many shops and markets nearby. Silom and the main tourist attractions and areas are 10 minutes away by taxi.
There are also pick up type buses that can be boarded anywhere on the street as well as a motorbike taxi stand on the other side of the street. Our location is in a traditional Bangkok area & there are many things of interest to see, more than just tourist sites. People watching, going to the Buddhist temple down the road that has a market every Friday or sitting down and having a coffee.
There;s plenty of street life and food stalls, This will give you a chance to see the real Bangkok.

Nice and clean room and interesting location for knowing the real locales Thai people. May be depends on the room but there was no view in the room we rented. The AC a bit noisy, just in need to clean the filter.
i rented this 'studio 303', but obviously got studio 202 instead. i imagine flats are similar, but it might make a difference if your balcony is in 5 meters away from your opposite neighbour and your view accordingly. the flat itself is quite nice although the bed was a little hard and smelled a bit mouldy, the pillows were terrible and far too high. the only way of not having the whole neighbourhoud looking into your flat were drawing the heavy curtains that one usually uses at night, but during the day i'd just prefer to let the light come in and maybe have some light curtains just to prevent everybody looking inside. the location is not really convenient. while, yes, located in a thai residential area, it means as well that the nearest bts station is at 3 km. with bangkok traffic that means take a moto taxi or walk, because otherwise you'll be stuck for 1 hour. i'd rate the flat as 'good' and forget the 'luxury'. i'd go there again if it wasn't for the location...
