This beautifully situated bungalow is on the crest of a hill with views to the Gran Sasso mountains to the front and Elice medieval village to the rear. The property has two steps with grab rails in making it ideal for anyone that has restricted walking etc the property has a front garden with local stone and flower pots with outside furniture for eating alfresco also has a pizza oven for the more adventurous that would like to cook. The property has 2 restraunts and 2 bars within walking distance 2 dress shops and a shop for provisions. Elice town has all the usual amenities chemist, post office etc.
Beach is 20 mins drive away in Pescara where there are seculded and busy to choose from. Pescara city has every shop you could imagine with the best italian designers and nightlife, cinemas etc. Closer to home there are horse riding stables and carp fishing, markets on your door step at Penne and Atri. 30 mins to airport transfers can be arranged but a hire car is adviseable to see the surrounding sites and villages.
