Mauro Nous avons été très bien reçu malgré que nous sommes arrivés le jour de Noël. Le studio est très bien situé. En plein centre historique.

Xavier - Emplacement: en plein centre ville, proche de la cathédrale et du Réal Alcazar. - Appartement: havre de paix dans un quartier très animé de jour comme de nuit. Beau balcon donnant sur le patio. Appartement bien équipé. Lit confortable. Seule petit bémol: un petit coup de rajeunissement serait un plus.

Mathilde Nous vous conseillons cet appartement charmant et très bien équipé. Situé dans le centre historique de Séville et d'un calme reposant après l'agitation sévillanne. Rafael est un hote très accueillant, convivial et très disponible.

Christian Très bonne situation dans "Santa Cruz" mais impossibilité d'arriver en voiture jusqu'à la porte d'entrée. Pas de possibilité de parking pour la voiture qui doit être mise dans des parkings publiques très coûteux(+/- 100€ pour 4,5 jours). Le studio est devenu un peu "vieillot" et devrait être rafraichi. La terrasse est inutilisable car non entretenue.

Host response El apartamento está en el centro histórico y su acceso en coche particular no es posible, ya que se encuentra en una calle peatonal, lo cual ya le fue advertido previamente. La terraza se mantiene en perfectas condiciones higiénicas y de habitabilidad, pero es inevitable que en otoño caigan hojas de las plantas trepadoras del jardin del vecino. Las exigencias de higiene y limpieza también son para los inquilinos, no solo para los propietarios.

Karine Très bel appartement où l'on se sent comme chez soit. Très au calme, ce qui permet de recharger les batteries et pourtant à 2 pas de tous les monuments et curiosités de Séville. Seul bémol : pas internet, pas de télévision, pas de radio... Dommage...
