Cuenta con un dormitorio, un cuarto multiusos, un baño en suite, salón de 20m, cocina independiente y terraza de 40m. Piscina y pista de padel en la comunidad. Se incluye ropa de cama, toallas, vajilla, cubertería, batería de cocina, pequeños y grandes electrodomésticos, wifi, tv, dvd, baño completo. Equipado para que no falte de nada. Conserje 24 horas. Parking en la comunidad opcional. Tiene una cama de matrimonio para dos y un ancho sofa cama para una tercera persona, tan cómodo como la cama o más.
Muy bien comunicado por transporte público y carretera: a 20 minutos del centro en metro y muy fácil acceso desde aeropuerto. Metro, autobuses, bares y Supermercado en la puerta. Zona muy tranquila y segura. Autobús nocturno en la puerta. Al lado de todos los parques empresariales de la zona norte (Tres Cantos, avenida Manoteras...)Así como del IFEMA y el Palacio de Congresos Perfecto para estancias tanto laborales como de ocio.
Un hogar confortable, único, y con todos los lujos en el que sentirás como en casa nada más llegar.
Se entrega con guía e indicaciones para disfrutar y conocer mejor la ciudad.
Se permiten mascotas, No se permiten fiestas. En estancias largas se puede gestionar servicio de limpieza externo. Pregunta por disponibilidad de servicio de recogida del aeropuerto.
